What The Clip Farm is
The Clip Farm is a desktop application for measuring short-form video clip campaigns and calculating creator payouts. It is provided as-is to operators who install it on their own computers. This website is its public information site and the relay used during creator onboarding.
Acceptable use
- Connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
- Use the data only to run and report on the campaigns it was collected for.
- Do not use The Clip Farm to scrape, resell, or redistribute platform data, or to circumvent any platform's terms, rate limits, or access controls.
- Do not use it to harass, surveil, or profile any individual.
- You remain bound by the terms of every platform you connect, including TikTok's and Instagram's.
Creator participation
Connecting an account is voluntary and can be revoked at any time through the platform's own settings. Campaign rules, rates, budgets, and payment are agreements between the operator and the creator. The Clip Farm does not process, hold, or transfer any money — it calculates amounts from the rules the operator configures, and the operator is solely responsible for paying creators.
Accuracy
Figures are derived from data returned by each platform's official API and are only as accurate, current, and complete as that data. Platform figures can lag, be restated, or be unavailable. The Clip Farm is a measurement aid, not an authoritative source of record, and should not be relied on as the sole basis for resolving a payment dispute.
Platform relationship
The Clip Farm is an independent third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, Meta, or Instagram. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
No warranty
The Clip Farm is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors are not liable for any loss arising from its use, including missed or miscalculated payouts, lost data, or interruption of platform access.
Availability
Platform APIs may change, restrict, or withdraw access at any time, which may reduce or stop functionality without notice. Access to the private beta may be granted, suspended, or withdrawn at our discretion.
Termination
You may stop using The Clip Farm at any time by uninstalling it; creators may disconnect at any time from the platform's own settings. We may suspend access for use that breaches these terms or a platform's terms.
Governing terms
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement covering use of The Clip Farm. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
Changes
Continued use after these terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
