Request deletion of your data.
If your account was connected to The Clip Farm and you want everything held about it removed, this page explains exactly how, and what happens.
The fastest route: do it yourself
Revoking access takes effect immediately and needs nobody's approval:
TikTok
Profile → Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps and services → remove The Clip Farm.
Settings → Website permissions / Apps and websites → remove The Clip Farm.
Revoking stops all future access. Because data is stored on the operator's own computer rather than on a server, deleting what has already been collected requires the request below.
Requesting deletion
Email hello@theclipfarm.com with Data deletion request in the subject line, and include:
- The platform — TikTok or Instagram
- The exact handle of the account, including the @
- Who invited you, or which campaign it was for, if you know
We will confirm receipt within two business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. Deletion covers the stored profile record, posts, dated snapshots and any access token for that account. You will get written confirmation when it is done.
What we cannot delete. Your posts and their statistics belong to you and live on TikTok or Instagram — nothing done here touches them. Aggregate campaign totals already paid out may be retained in the operator's own financial records, in a form that no longer identifies individual posts, where required for accounting.
Automated deauthorisation
The Clip Farm also accepts platform deauthorisation callbacks. If you remove the app from your TikTok or Instagram settings, the platform notifies us at the registered callback and the associated authorisation is invalidated at our end too, without any action from you.
